Role Description:
This is a contract role for a Salesperson at Quantum Watch Security Services Inc. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting security and IT solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the security or IT industry
- Knowledge of security systems, IT solutions, and industry trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical background or certifications in security or IT is a plus
- Experience in CCTV & Alarm Systems sales
- Proficiency in lead generation and sales presentations
- Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
- Comfortable with phone and in-person B2B sales
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to maintain client relationships and perform market research
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
Compensation:
Commission-Based | Potential Part-Time/Full-Time After 3 Months
- 100% Commission for the first 3 months
- Part-Time/Full-time role with base + commission available based on performance and sales targets met
