We're currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support our client, a large power utility, in leading critical operational initiatives. This role is centered on managing complex, integrated enterprise-level projects, with a specific focus on operations control systems and smart metering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the AMI Upgrade Project and the CROW Generation Project, delivering within an enterprise-scale, regulated utility environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current PMP or Prince2 certification and has experience implementing large-scale operational technologies.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS:

• Location: Primarily onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan. Remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

REQUIREMENTS

• PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory)

• Proven experience managing:

o Projects related to operations control rooms.

o Enterprise-level system integrations.

• Demonstrated success managing large-scale project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Familiarity with AMI systems and utility generation control projects is an asset.

DELIVERABLES

The Project Manager will be accountable for the following key project deliverables:

• End-to-end delivery of the AMI Upgrade Project.

• Full lifecycle management of the CROW Generation Project.

• Coordination across technical and business teams to ensure timely, budget-aligned execution.

• Reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project life cycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a full-time contract role starting July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 (12 months). The position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
