Junior Project Lead – Software Implementation

Location: Hybrid (GTA-based) | Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD annually

BHC Canada, a subsidiary of BHC Global, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our growing portfolio of software implementation projects. In this role, you'll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized projects or assist with phases of larger, enterprise-level initiatives
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and project timelines
• Monitor project status, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to align with project goals
• Maintain organized project documentation with proper version control
• Facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
• Ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the adoption of project management best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or junior project management roles
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an asset
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Project, Monday.com, or Jira

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role open to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The successful candidate must be able to travel to BHC Canada's Oakville office and client sites across Canada as needed.
