Position Overview

We are looking for a National Product Director - Personal Lines, to analyze and enhance the personal lines product offering. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze results, propose products and refinements to existing products - based on market trends and broker feedback, in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Create, refine, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines/appetite, and pricing – in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Collaborate with technology, underwriting, claims, compliance, and marketing teams.

- Create and present in-house training in support of underwriter development.

- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience in personal lines underwriting or product management.

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Canadian personal lines products.

- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- CIP/FCIP or other insurance designations preferred.
