Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Guidance

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, promoting best practices, design patterns, and robust development methodologies.
• Review code for quality, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
• Mentor and guide development team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Development & Integration

• Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and oData APIs.
• Optimize code and configurations to ensure high performance and maintainability.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates on development progress, risks, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align on scalable, high-quality design approaches.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Contribute to the creation of design documents, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, integration patterns, and development practices.

Team Leadership & DevOps

• Lead the development team to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and enforce coding standards using DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
• Conduct technical assessments, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).
• Strong configuration skills (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).
• Proficiency with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, oData).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and version control systems (Git).
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
