Join Our Team

We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

As a CSR, you are the first and last point of contact for our clients. Your role is key to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and veterinary team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and pets warmly in person, by phone, and via email
  • Schedule appointments, manage reminders, and maintain client records
  • Process payments, estimates, and invoices accurately
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and front desk organization
  • Handle client concerns or questions with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with our veterinary and technical staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred but not required)
  • Comfort with computers and scheduling software (training provided)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
