We are looking for a Senior Health Informatics Solution Lead to drive IMIT planning and system design for two major hospital construction projects. This is a high-impact role collaborating with clinical leaders, executive stakeholders, and facility planners to deliver innovative digital health solutions.

What You'll Do:

✔ Develop and lead the IMIT vision for NSH and RCH

✔ Create and manage the IM Master Plan & budgets

✔ Define clinical system requirements and support early implementations

✔ Align technology with facility design and healthcare goals

✔ Lead stakeholder engagement and governance processes

What We're Looking For:

✅ 3+ yrs in a senior informatics leadership role

✅ 2+ yrs in clinical/health IT systems

✅ Strong communication & engagement with healthcare executives

✅ Based in or willing to relocate to the Lower Mainland,BC

Nice to Have:

➕ Fraser Health experience

➕ Familiarity with BC capital project agreements

➕ Deep understanding of IMIT trends in healthcare
