Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Enrollment and Outreach Manager located in the Greater Calgary Area, Canada. The Student Enrollment and Outreach Manager will be responsible for managing student recruitment and enrollment processes, developing and executing outreach strategies, building relationships with local communities, and promoting Optas Group's programs and services. The role will also include coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding and providing support to prospective and current students.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Experience in Project Management and Sales
• Proficiency in Community Outreach skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area educational landscape is a plus
• Understanding of enrollment and outreach best practices
