Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Location: Vancouver, BC

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Start Date: ASAP or by June 1

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Environment: Hybrid

Your new Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with intermediate-level experience in Canada. You will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll employees.

Your new Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with benefits and pension administration.
  • Perform journal entries and basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks related to payroll.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

What you will need to succeed

  • Payroll designation preferred.
  • Intermediate-level experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (asset)
  • Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping for journal entries.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
