This Boutique Law firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate located in the vicinity of SquareOne Mall in Mississauga is looking to hire a Senior Law Clerk to join their team and directly support the managing partner of the firm. They have has been practicing for over 30 years and operates in a hybrid capacity going in 3 days a week.

Described often as collegial, fast-faced and a destination for commercial real estate projects and developers, this law firm offers the commercial transactions that will keep you challenged while also providing the remote working flexibility so many working professionals have come to enjoy.

Your New Job:

As a Commercial Law Clerk you would be responsible for supporting the firm and partner as they complete condo purchases, easements, rights of way, among other clerking duties as required.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 8 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience
• Knowledge of Easements, Rights of Way, Condo File Opening/Closing
• Commercial Purchase and Sale
• Team approach to your work
