About the Opportunity

Serve as a key finance partner to Regional and Operations Directors, fostering strong relationships to support effective financial planning and operational decision-making within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional leaders to support financial and operational objectives.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Partner with the FP&A team and work closely with Finance to ensure alignment across financial planning activities.
• Design, develop, and distribute key performance indicators and analytical tools to support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compare actuals to established budgets, forecasts, and operational benchmarks to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to the FP&A team on a weekly and monthly basis

About You

• Experience: Min 3 to 5 years of experience
• Completed CPA or MBA
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with business partnering and working closely with Operations
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000/year
