Overview
- Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst/Senior Manager Technology Strategy in Toronto, Canada, to support Procurement Solutions & Enablement.
- In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance our procurement technology landscape and elevate the end-user experience through consulting expertise, requirement drafting, process mapping, and hands-on technology deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic engagements to support an integrated Source-to-Pay strategy.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive procurement technology initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Draft detailed business requirements and create process maps to support strategic and operational objectives.
- Support change management efforts and contribute to hands-on technology deployments, including Workday, ERP, or other SaaS solutions.
- Serve as a maternity backfill, ensuring continuity of strategic initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on business and technology strategy, including data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to draft business requirements and create process maps for strategic initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with technology deployments, particularly Workday, ERP, or SaaS solutions (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, SAP, Concur)
- Expert-level proficiency in Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivots, complex logic statements, lookups, etc.).
- Strong change management experience to support technology adoption and process improvements.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, Ivalua, SAP, or Concur.
- Experience in driving strategic procurement initiatives in a consulting capacity.
