  • Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans that outline the step-by-step process to create the required parts efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with QA department to release the latest and approved manufacturing drawings.

  • Provide technical guidance and act as the single point of contact between vendor and engineering/PM.
  • Ensure adherence of all MITP requirements for manufacturing activities (hold, witness, and inspection points)
  • Respond and issue nonconformities for any manufacturing deviation and follow up on the dispositioning directions.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to address technical challenges and optimize the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of directly related manufacturing /machining and welding field experience, where production challenges are continuously unique rather than repetitive in nature.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Strong manufacturing process knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Participation in our Retirement Saving Plan & Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan.
