The Opportunity

As a Senior C# Developer, you'll spearhead the migration and enhancement of our pricing infrastructure for Global Equity Derivatives. You'll design and develop scalable tools, optimize performance, and streamline processes, working closely with global teams to deliver robust solutions that drive business success.

• Build and optimize distributed pricing infrastructure, risk management systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Drive user adoption through training and collaboration with development teams to enhance user experience.

• Proactively identify and resolve system deficiencies, developing technical solutions with business partners.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and production support tooling for seamless delivery.

What You'll Do

Your role will be hands-on and impactful, with responsibilities including:

• Implementing solutions and coordinating production process migrations with support teams.
• Supporting, debugging, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure reliability.
• Contributing to functional specifications, system impact assessments, and technological dependencies.
• Profiling and optimizing system performance for high-demand environments.
• Delivering user training, release notes, and performing release tasks.
• Providing regular status updates to global and local managers.
• Improving production support documentation and DevOps pipelines.

What You Bring

We're looking for a collaborative, analytical team player with:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Capital Markets software development.
• 8+ years of professional experience using C# and 4+ years using C++ (or vice versa).
• Proficiency in multithreaded programming, service-oriented architecture, and compute/task distribution.
• Experience with SQL Server or equivalent relational database systems.
• Expertise in JSON, XML, and developing web services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proven track record with DevOps pipelines and supporting production environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
