Job Title: Lead Consultant—Oracle HCM & Taleo

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM & Taleo (Enterprise Edition) implementations
• Work on Recruitment, Onboarding, ORC, Journeys, Talent & Profile Management
• Handle module configurations, quarterly upgrades, and production support
• Manage Taleo-HCM interface issues and system enhancements
• Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and deliver custom solutions as per client needs

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM & Taleo
• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management
• Proven experience in leading HCM upgrades and deployments
