LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a 3-year contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a high-impact identity and access management (IAM) transformation initiative for a major federal institution. This hybrid consulting role plays a key part in modernizing access control and authentication infrastructure with tools like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze current vs. future state business processes and help design improved workflows
- Support the deployment of IAM solutions including Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and Entitlement Management
- Facilitate workshops and translate complex needs into clear technical and functional documentation
- Contribute to testing, user training, and change management planning
- Develop communications, end-user documentation, and training materials
What You Bring
- 10+ years of business analysis experience, including stakeholder management
- 5+ years of experience in IAM-related projects (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, SAML, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IAM and Zero Trust architecture
- Experience migrating or implementing enterprise access management platforms
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and UAT processes
Nice to Have
- CBAP certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience using data analytics and automation to streamline tasks
Technical Requirements
- Must have a compatible Windows 10/11 device with rights to install software
- Smartphone capable of running Microsoft Authenticator (for MFA access)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
