Position Overview
We're seeking a Remote AI Agent Expert who will work directly with the management team to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent systems. This role requires strong proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases, emphasizing availability for close collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent systems using the LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
• Develop, optimize, and maintain vector database solutions for AI applications
• Create efficient knowledge retrieval systems for intelligent agents
• Work closely with management on strategic AI initiatives
• Ensure high availability for regular virtual collaboration sessions and project updates
• Document technical processes and architecture decisions
• Troubleshoot and debug complex AI systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proven expertise with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
• Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
• Experience building production-ready AI agent systems
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Ability to maintain consistent availability for collaborative work sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large language model (LLM) fine-tuning and optimization
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Familiarity with semantic search implementations
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
• Experience with containerization and cloud deployment
