Now Hiring: Project Quality Manager – Direct Hire
Wingham, Ontario
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (Based on Experience)
We are currently recruiting a Project Quality Manager on behalf of our client located in Wingham, Ontario. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to join a dynamic and growing team.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee quality assurance across a range of commercial, municipal, and maintenance projects throughout Ontario. You'll play a key role in optimizing project planning, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret job specifications, contracts, and scopes of work for all assigned projects
Develop concept build plans to support material procurement and service coordination
Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets
Evaluate and recommend changes to design specifications and drawings
Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales orders before processing
Maintain project documentation—both digital and physical files as needed
Oversee project timelines and milestones, coordinating with Building Consultants, Clients, Installers, and Suppliers
Ensure consistent communication across all project stakeholders including sales, site managers, and client trades
Monitor subcontractor compliance, safety programs, inventory, and overall scheduling
Qualifications & Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a construction or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment
3–5 years working with project management software tools
2–3 years of direct project management experience
Proven track record of developing and maintaining construction schedules and budgets
Experience managing both internal teams and external subcontractors
Education & Knowledge:
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Procurement, or Construction (or related discipline)
Strong understanding of construction concepts and practices
Familiarity with the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations
