Job Title: Commercial Cleaner
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, following clear instructions and reporting to a supervisor as needed.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as directed
Dust and scrub surfaces and items as directed
Empty garbage and recycling bins
Refill cleaning supplies as needed
Store cleaning supplies and equipment properly
Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly
Report supply needs, equipment malfunctions, or damages to the supervisor
Requirements:
Commercial cleaning experience is required
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
A valid criminal record check and WHMIS certification are required. If you do not currently have one or both, they will be provided by the employer.
Must be willing and able to perform standing, bending, and lifting duties typical of a commercial cleaning position
