What Youll Be Doing:

• Greeting everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
• Presenting the OTF concept to new guests
• Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive
• Calling multiple prospective leads daily to book intro classes and follow up on interest
• Actively participating in community outreach events to generate new leads and promote the studio
• Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience
• Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls
• Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries
• Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
