- Manage the end-to-end drop shipment lifecycle—from receipt through to filfilment —ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes issuing purchase orders, confirming details with vendors, and tracking estimated delivery times.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation based on delivered products and services, while verifying shipping costs are properly recouped or allocated. Investigate and identify when shipping is not accounted for.
- Assisting with tariff monitoring to ensure cost accuracy and identify opportunities for cost minimization.
- Mangaging customer Change Order requests in NetSuite, while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional team members.
- Manage customer and vendor return processes, ensuring prompt handling, clear documentation, and resolution.
- Monitor and help coordinate shipments to customers and various warehouse locations, ensuring customs clearance and preventing package loss. Proactively address any delays or issues impacting order fulfillment.
- Oversee the receipt of licenses and OEM service contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Follow up with vendors to resolve discrepancies in quantities, serial numbers, or other details.
- Assist with system maintenance to ensure accurate data entry and storage within the database. Support inquiries and escalated issues as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements to order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This includes creating KPI's and reviewing regular reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with integrated order and inventory management platforms (e,g. NetSuite, SAP, Quicbooks, Fishbowl)
- Familiarity with lean operations or Six Sigma methodologies
- Background in logistics or distribution intensive industries
