About the Role:
Kreative House Agency is expanding to Fredericton and we're seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Coordinators to join our on-call team. This is a temporary, event-based position perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll be our on-the-ground support, helping us execute local events such as pop-ups, markets, and corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown
Manage timelines, vendor arrivals, and on-site troubleshooting
Move and organize event materials and decor (up to 30 lbs)
Act as the main contact for vendors, staff, and clients
Stay professional and solution-focused throughout the event
Qualifications:
Event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Quick thinker, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
Must live in Fredericton and have reliable transportation
