Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Conduct API testing using POSTMAN and SOAPUI tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans and test cases.
- Design and document comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Track and report defects and testing progress using JIRA.
- Work within an Agile framework, actively participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Understand and apply QA management principles such as defect tracking, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the Quality Assurance domain.
- Proficient with TOSCA for test automation (script creation and execution).
- Strong knowledge of API testing using POSTMAN and SOAPUI.
- Working knowledge of Selenium.
- Experience with JIRA, User Stories, and Confluence.
- Ability to write and manage test artifacts (Strategy, Plans, Scenarios, Test Cases).
- Solid understanding of QA lifecycle and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
- QA leadership or mentoring experience.
- Exposure to performance or security testing tools (optional).
