Job Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator role plays a crucial part in our operations, ensuring that equipment is efficiently distributed to meet project timelines and maintaining a smooth operation with minimal inventory losses.
Accountabilities:

  • Accurately preparing and packaging equipment orders.
  • Receiving and inspecting returned orders, addressing discrepancies.
  • Updating inventory control software to ensure product visibility and minimize inventory losses.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Stocking supply bins for seamless project system builds.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to support a team-first mentality.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills and a passion for learning new software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Capable of managing time efficiently.
  • A proactive, hands-on team player with a knack for process improvement.
  • Physical capability to lift moderate to heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Bonus points for a valid certificate or previous experience operating a Raymond Reach truck.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and located within the Greater Toronto Area to be considered for the role.

Additional Information
  • Annual salary range: 60k-65k CAD per year.
