King Business Solutions is a bookkeeping firm home raised in Leduc, serving all of Canada. This position will support internal and external clients and is an integral part of the team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining administrative emails and distributing work and saving as required

  • Support and organize the partners, including but not limited to; schedule partner calendar, manage email, and preparation of correspondence

  • Attend required meetings
  • Work through projects as assigned, including but not limited to; SharePoint clean up, transfer of SharePoint to individual client drives, template creation, updates to XPM
  • Organizing, scheduling and sending out of engagement letters
  • Preparation of proposals and sending out of same
  • Running of owners emails as required
  • Scheduling of owner for all requirement appointments and prepare as needed
  • Administration support to accounting and bookkeeping firms.

Required Skills & Experience


  • You understand and agree to work with the same VALUES upheld by KBS

  • Communicate in a professional manner both written and verbally

  • Prepare business correspondence in a professional manner; including but not limited to emails, corporate letters, and memos

  • Exceptional organizational skills pertaining to the position

  • Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with both client files and KBS's information

  • Possesses a positive attitude, able to work independently or as part of a team, and shows exceptional tact and sensitivity with clients

  • You uphold all applicable professional membership codes of conduct and ethics that you belong to when applicable
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner and PowerPoint
  • Working in a Professional Accounting office will be considered an asset
  • Prior knowledge of tax software and financial statement software will be considered an asset

  • This position reports Partners of the firm
  • Salary will be dependent on prior experience
