Inside Sales Representative – 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

We're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Commercial Sales team! In this role, you'll partner closely with Franchise Partners across North America to generate new business, build relationships, and crush revenue targets. ???? A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage and grow 1-6 franchise territories across North America
  • Drive revenue by generating new business from commercial clients
  • Execute cold calls, warm outreach, and strategic follow-ups to build your sales pipeline
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business
  • Partner with Franchise Owners to align on local growth strategies and business goals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all interactions, leads, and deal progress
  • Hit (and exceed!) your KPIs while bringing a collaborative energy to the team

  • Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce) is a plus
  • Previous inside sales experience is an asset, but not required—we value potential and attitude just as much

???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

We've designed a hybrid model that helps us Collaborate, Celebrate, and Connect. For this role, we anticipate you'll work in-office every other week for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The rest of the time, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely where it makes the most sense for you.

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $48,000 – $55,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission. Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, and internal equity.)
Sales roles may be eligible for an annual sales bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
