The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for providing terrific solutions to StickerYou's business and consumer clients with a focus on promotional products. As an integral part of our growing team, you will assist in closing and processing inbound sales by recommending product solutions and ensuring our customers have a great brand experience from design to delivery. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and support requests via email, delivering outstanding customer service and excellent business email etiquette.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, conducting introductory presentations, and understanding account requirements.
- Recommend customized promotional product solutions by leveraging product knowledge (we'll teach you) and understanding customer needs through effective questioning.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Provide customer support throughout the sales journey, assisting customers facing difficulties at any stage of the sales process on the StickerYou.com site.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data into Salesforce to track orders and leads.
- Develop and utilize response templates to improve efficiency in responding to common customer issues and questions
- Identify market/customer potential by qualifying accounts.
- Participate in product testing.
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and account reactions.
- Propose new product or service ideas based on customer feedback and unmet needs.
- Support marketing and organizational missions by completing related tasks as required.
- Other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) with the flexibility to work other shift times. Willing and able to work overtime if needed.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Ability and interest to learn about our product solutions and probing for essential customer needs.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative solutions based on our products.
- Excellent organization and time management skills - must be able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries including processing orders that includes a mix of managing new and repeat clients.
- Good analytical, creative, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented while being supportive of fellow team members.
