Hardware/Software Troubleshooting, Augmented Reality (AR), Logistics Support
This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and operational support. While primarily focused on providing technical assistance to users of our AR technology, this position also involves hands-on logistics responsibilities.
Technical Support (primary focus):
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
o Provide remote and in-person support.
o Develop and maintain support documentation.
o Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts.
Logistics Support (secondary focus):
§ Receive and process incoming packages.
§ Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained.
§ Distribute devices to users and manage returns.
