Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: In-Office Toronto
Salary: $80,000k+ (commensurate with experience)
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their in-office team and contribute to the production and coordination of a long-term healthcare project in Ontario. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level production professional who takes pride in quality documentation and enjoys working as part of a large, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality design development and construction documents for large-scale projects.
• Work within shared Revit models on multidisciplinary teams, contributing to accurate, coordinated, and timely drawing packages.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review and improve drawing quality and documentation clarity.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a production-focused architectural role (DD & CD phases).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, including drafting, modeling, and detailing.
• Experience on large project teams and working within complex, shared models.
• Strong understanding of Canadian building codes and construction detailing.
• P3 (Public-Private Partnership) project experience is an asset but not required.
• Demonstrated longevity and commitment in past roles is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to provide samples of technical drawing packages prior to interviews.
• Proactive, collaborative, and receptive to direction, with a genuine care for producing excellent work.
