Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Manager - Talent Attraction & Engagement to drive our talent attraction strategies and elevate our brand presence in the market. This is not an HR role—it's about building relationships, attending events, nurturing talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment & Talent Attraction

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

  • Build employer brand through social media, events.

  • Maintain a strong external presence at industry events.

  • Create recruitment campaigns aligned with company growth.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Partner with managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.

  • Act as first point of contact for recruitment-related queries and hiring support.

  • Organize employee engagement events.

  • Support onboarding and early career development programs.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Liaise with HR Management Consultant and administrator

  • Regularly analyze recruitment funnel data and share insights.

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition.

  • Refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Social Media presence or desire and aptitude to build one

  • A people person, warm and engaging

  • 5+ years in recruitment

  • Insurance industry experience and network

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
