Based in our Bowmanville Head Office, join our Operations team and help us shape an outstanding experience for our English and French clients and partners!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service? In this role, as part of a two person team, you'll be the backbone of our order picking and shipping fulfillment process, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and that they are shipped promptly. You'll work closely with all our external warehouses, our finance team, and other internal team members to maintain smooth and efficient order execution, with a focus on efficiency, communication, and timeliness.
Key Deliverables:
- Order picking and packing: Ensure every shipment is accurate and packaged to standard
- Product assembly: Responsible for staging and preparing components for kit assembly
- Processing shipments: Create and process outgoing shipments through in-house systems
- Receiving: Accurately receive and stock all incoming shipments

- Capability of safely lifting and moving items up to 60 lbs (bonus if you're able to perform basic maintenance or repairs)

- You have forklift certification and experience
