The Role
As a Senior Growth Strategist, youll take on a dynamic, high-impact role focused on accelerating revenue, expanding market share, and deepening relationships with key B2B partners. Youll be at the intersection of sales, marketing, and category strategyidentifying growth opportunities, executing data-driven campaigns, and launching new retail initiatives that put our brand front and center across North America.
Your work will shape how our products appear in major retail and automotive channels, from big-box stores like Costco and Bass Pro to OEMs like Ford, GM, and Honda. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize product positioning, and build marketing programs that drive results.

Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to increase market share through research, networking, and outreach.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market data to uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Build and launch cross-promotional campaigns with aligned companies and brand partners.
- Recruit and onboard new retail and distribution partners within key product categories.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFQs; negotiate agreements and launch new products into retail channels.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports on product performance, category trends, market penetration, and competitor activity.
Current Client Expansion
- Build long-term relationships with existing B2B clients (e.g., Bass Pro, Best Buy, Costco) and develop customized growth strategies for their sales channels.
- Collaborate on in-store marketing, merchandising programs, and promotional campaigns to increase sell-through.
- Optimize digital brand exposure by leveraging client eCommerce platforms, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Partner with OEM automotive brands (e.g., Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, Toyota) to support product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
- Audit and manage product listings to ensure brand consistency across platforms; coordinate content updates and support new launches.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Drive brand visibility through event exposure, dealership marketing, and third-party activations.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and dealership teams to promote products and educate frontline sales staff.
- Lead joint marketing initiatives, including giveaways, co-branded campaigns, and cross-channel promotions.
- Develop and deliver remote and on-site training tools for dealership partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business developmentpreferably in consumer goods, automotive accessories, or outdoor/lifestyle products.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market expansion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate with clarity and confidence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
- Self-starter attitude with comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
