This role will report to our Sales Manager. Working closely with our distributor partners, you'll focus on building new business opportunities in places where people can enjoy Righteous: from restaurants and golf courses to schools and beyond. You'll be responsible for growing Righteous' footprint, executing sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships. You'll represent our brand with passion and bring a high level of hustle, heart, and accountability to everything you do. You're energized by making connections, solving problems, and seeing your work translate directly into results. Whether it's landing a new account or deepening a long-time customer relationship, you bring purpose and follow-through to every conversation. You're naturally curious and resourceful - when doors don't open, you find windows. You're confident picking up the phone, walking into a new business, or digging for leads. You don't wait to be told what to do, you plan, prioritize, and go. But you also know that teamwork and communication are key to bringing it all together. You're organized, professional, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts and tasks with minimal supervision.
