Major Areas of Responsibility
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner to appropriate people.
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring electronic logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Pick up, sort and distribute mail and notify appropriate people on any delivery arrivals.
Schedule and track shipment pickups and deliveries.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Provide administrative support to managers.
Responsible to order food and beverages when requested by Management.
Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Help organize corporate events and entertain clients by providing meals and beverages.
Assist with marketing activities.
Requirements
High school diploma with over 2 years of relevant experience.
Computer literacy utilizing MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a culturally diverse team.
Proactive, resourceful and demonstrates initiative.
Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written
Ability to use technology in marketing activities.
Full time onsite position
G Driver's License is an asset
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
