Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the purpose of this position is to provide sales and ordering support to the Dealers of North Star Windows and Doors.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Complete customer requests for quotes and Auto CAD drawings.
• Provide take-off service for all new construction projects.
• Provide product information when requested.
• Provide advertising brochures, dealer samples and promotional items upon request.
• Provide customer training assistance with in-house software.
• Recommendation and implementation for improvement of all systems and procedures relating to the functions under his/her control.

Skills and Experience:

· Completion of college/vocation or technical training.

• Window and door experience/knowledge are an asset.
• Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ethics.
• Strong team player that can work effectively with their own team as well as other departments to achieve goals.
• Able to handle a fast paced, demanding environment and to act with urgency.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proven attendance record.
