Our Need
We are looking for a dependable and skilled individual who can handle a wide range of repair and carpentry tasks with minimal supervision. Whether it's fixing a door, installing shelves, or completing small renovation projects, we need someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and can get the job done right the first time. Key responsibilities include
· Perform general maintenance and repair work including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs.
· Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
· Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items as required.
· Repair doors, windows, and hardware; replace tiles and flooring when necessary.
· Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
· Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
· Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
· Provide estimates for materials and labor when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent or part-time
Pay: $20-25/hour
