We're hiring an experienced and driven Single Family Superintendent to join a growing production team will a well established and respected builder in Calgary.
This role involves managing all aspects of single-family residential construction, from start to finish, while upholding timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
What you'll do as a Single Family Superintendent:

• Plan and coordinate all on-site activities, including trade scheduling, supplier deliveries, and inspections to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout each stage of the build process.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead homeowner walkthroughs and meetings, addressing questions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout and after the build.
• Adjust schedules and plans as needed to accommodate evolving site conditions or project changes.

What you'll bring as a Single Family Superintendent:

• 3+ years of experience supervising single-family residential construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to foster solid relationships with homeowners, trades, and vendors.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Effective problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
