About the Role

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring seamless technology integration
• Conduct research, planning, and support for special projects as assigned
• Monitor and resolve assigned tickets, ensuring the timely resolution of support requests
• Oversee the secure disposal or decommissioning of outdated IT equipment
• Provide direct technical support to users across the organization
• Support the testing and validation of new software and system updates as needed
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory

The Offer
The firm offers a collegial work environment, a competitive compensation package ranging between $70,000 - $80,000 a comprehensive benefits package
What You Bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
• University Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology
• Strong proficiency in computer hardware, software, and related technologies.
• Software experience in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting is beneficial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
