What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a client base through warm leads and referrals
• Educate clients on insurance options and provide tailored recommendations
• Present, promote, and sell products with confidence and clarity
• Stay compliant with industry regulations and company standards
• Attend regular training and development sessions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
• Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter mindset with a drive for personal and professional growth
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
