Salary: $60,000 annually + commission ($75,000 OTE)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 100% In Office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a book of business while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address short- and long-term staffing needs for our clients, contributing directly to RhynoCare's mission of reshaping healthcare staffing in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain a strong book of business.
  • Strategize with clients to address their short- and long-term staffing requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct high-volume customer touchpoints (primarily calls) to prospect for new clients and expand your portfolio.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Technological proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and other software applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High alignment with company values, including communication, reliability, collaboration, self-development, integrity, respect, and achievement.
  • Leadership experience through community involvement, student organizations, internships, or work.
