Roofing Manager – New Construction
Location: GTA
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
A well-established construction company is seeking a Roofing Manager to lead its roofing operations for new residential and commercial builds. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, and the ability to drive project performance across timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing work for new construction projects.
• Ensure all installations meet project specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as estimating, project coordination, and procurement.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to support field teams and uphold standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and support field staff, promoting safe practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage equipment needed for roofing operations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of standard procedures and best practices.
• Stay current on industry technologies, materials, and codes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing and construction project management.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and installation methods.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to travel locally as needed for site supervision and meetings.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
