Standard Working Hours:

Mon - Fri | 7:30 am – 5:00pm|40 hours per week

We're looking for a Parts Associate to join our fast-paced Parts team. The Parts Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with parts selection and supporting the daily operations of the Parts Department. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with selecting parts and accessories, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Address walk ins, email and answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers in identifying and locating the parts they need, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Leverage your mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and locate the correct parts for various vehicles and machinery, ensuring customers receive the right components.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding parts, pricing, or availability in a professional manner.
  • Process sales efficiently, ensuring customers receive their parts quickly and accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves, organizing parts, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move, load, and unload inventory, maintaining current forklift certification and participating in ongoing training.
  • Perform regular inventory counts (including cycle counts) to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Parts Associate position.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Truck & Trailer or Heavy Duty parts experience.
