What you'll be doing:

• Assist and greet customers dropping off vehicles for service.

• Work closely with Service Greeters and Service Advisors to ensure smooth and accurate check-in procedures.

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections including alignment checks, battery tests, and trouble code scans.

• Clean (wash and vacuum) customer vehicles as needed and operate the automatic car wash or hand wash when required.

• Move vehicles efficiently to ensure proper flow in the service drive and parking lot.

• Maintain internal and external cleanliness of the service department, dealership grounds, and showroom.

• Install protective seat covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in serviced vehicles.

• Report any vehicle or building maintenance concerns to management.

• Assist with dealership events and shuttle driving support as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations.
