Job Overview:

Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for a facility monitor worker for an immediate position located within the West Ottawa Area. Domus has been in operation for over 50 years with more than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Picking Litter outside during off hours

• Performing typical building maintenance duties.
  
• Wiping down Furnishings, windows, doors
  

· Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others

· Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis

· Follow pre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment

• Other duties and responsibilities as required
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Previous cleaning/janitorial experience an asset

· Must be able to lift 40lbs plus on a regular basis

· Must be able to communicate in English

· Reliable

· Legally allowed to work in Canada

· Must live in the Ottawa/Alexandria Region
