We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Napanee. This position plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our environmental services facility, including waste management, wastewater treatment, shipment coordination, and team oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily waste management operations, including de-packaging, repackaging, and wastewater treatment.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain shift logs and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
• Enforce health & safety protocols, including PPE usage, incident reporting, and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and conduct required facility inspections.
• Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Report maintenance issues and follow LO/TO procedures for equipment safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in an industrial, environmental, or waste management setting is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation and communication tools.
• Willingness to undergo training related to facility operations and compliance.
