Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by quick responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
- Order processing and invoicing customers
- Updating orders with quote or project changes
- Coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time delivery within budget
- Validating pricing, products and shipping
- Handling multiple projects at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick learner who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Works well under pressure, and be able to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is an asset but not required
- Qualified candidate must possess post-secondary education /high school diploma or equivalent
