About the Role
DKK Brands is looking for a hands-on operator to own the full P&L of our direct-to-consumer business across Amazon, Shopify, and emerging marketplaces. This is a leadership seat with full revenue responsibility—not just a media buyer or a brand builder. You'll set the strategy, execute the plan, and drive the team to hit aggressive sales and margin targets. This role is for a growth-minded executor who thrives on results, not process. You think in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin. You know how to turn a calendar and a test plan into predictable weekly wins.

What You'll Do
Lead & Manage
- Coach and scorecard a high-output remote team; set weekly KPIs and run crisp IDS meetings
- Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, Creative, and CX to unblock daily issues
- Recruit and build bench strength to stay ahead of scale
Own Demand & Forecasting
- Build rolling forecasts that balance growth and cash flow
- Drive decisions in bi-weekly S&OP using Power BI / Looker dashboards
- Own variance reporting and course-correct fast
Drive Amazon Excellence
- Optimize listings, PPC, DSP, and catalog UX to maximize visibility and profit
- Manage FBA ops and compliance; shut down grey market and rogue resellers
- Plan deals and launches to defend organic ranking for hero SKUs
Grow Shopify & Paid Media
- Launch nonstop A/B tests across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate channels
- Scale owned data via loyalty, Klaviyo flows, SMS, and bundles
- Own CAC and ROAS goals; move budget and creative to beat targets weekly
Optimize Funnel & Tech Stack
- Drive CRO across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and B2B portals
- Own and evolve the martech stack (Shopify apps, Klaviyo, loyalty, etc.)
- Green-light new channels like TikTok Shop and UK marketplaces once ROI is proven
Manage Agencies & Partners
- Hold agencies to clear performance KPIs—or replace them fast
- Enforce pricing strategy and brand integrity across all selling channels
- Build leverage through Amazon reps, affiliates, influencers, and earned media
What You'll Bring
✅ 5+ years of owning DTC revenue, including Amazon and Shopify
✅ Proven P&L ownership with revenue and contribution margin responsibility
✅ Hands-on skill in Amazon PPC/DSP, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
✅ Deep familiarity with GA4, Power BI, Sellerboard, or similar tools
✅ Team leadership—hiring, coaching, and managing remote + agency contributors
✅ Obsession with revenue levers: AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel velocity
✅ Fast, focused, and founder-minded—comfortable making calls without a committee
✅ Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or similar; MBA a plus
