Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities at Avello: Telus Sales Representative

  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions in events or residential settings.
  • Present products and services compellingly to generate interest and close sales.
  • Track and report daily sales performance.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Business Development & Training

  • Learn and implement proven sales techniques to improve performance.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to set goals, share strategies, and track progress.
  • Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders to develop business and leadership skills.
  • Take on additional responsibilities over time with opportunities to advance into leadership and management roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A drive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
