Partner Staffing is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the foundation and drilling industry for an experienced and motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading team that specializes in heavy equipment servicing across major construction and infrastructure projects.

• Inspect and assess equipment for defects and perform necessary repairs
  

• Conduct maintenance and repair activities safely, keeping work areas organized and compliant with safety policies
  

• Diagnose malfunctions using computerized and mechanical testing equipment
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems on major equipment brands (e.g., Liebherr, Bauer, Soilmec, CAT, John Deere, Bobcat, etc.)
  

• Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently
  

• Represent the company professionally while upholding its core values and commitment to safety
  

• 2+ years of experience working with heavy construction, piling, or drilling equipment
  

• Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification
  

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  

• Comfortable with both shop-based and field-based work environments
  

• Proven commitment to safe work practices
  

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
  

• Class 1 or 3 license considered an asset
  

• Own tools considered a benefit
  

• Preference given to candidates with 2–5 years of industry experience
