Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Software Developer will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators.
- They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment.
- The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Intermediate experience in coding.
- 4-6 years experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs.
- Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms.
- Intermediate level of coding experience required.
- Experience building Salesforce Community Sites.
- Experience building Salesforce visualforce pages.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
- Deliverables.
- Complete Salesforce community site development, testing, and deployment for two existing community sites.
- Intake forms development and implementation, to replace all forms currently hosted by SurveyMonkey with innate Salesforce functionality.
- Intake forms review and problem-solving, on forms currently built as VisualForce Pages.
- Develop and implement IEHP client intake form and self-assessment.
- Other Salesforce development projects, as required.
